For clients who are on a partial or milestone-based payment plan, each installment paid, including the initial advance, is also considered non-refundable once processed. If you wish to cancel the service before the official project start date (as confirmed in our agreed project timeline), the advance payment will still remain non-refundable. Should a cancellation occur after the project has commenced, the request will be reviewed individually, and charges may be applied for any work completed, time spent, and resources utilized up to that point. This will be deducted from any remaining balance if applicable, though the advance remains non-refundable. Additionally, we require a minimum of 14 days’ notice for any cancellation request.
